CAVUS – currently a unique process of its kind, representing a synergy of different technologies. In order to present these key technologies in one structural part, a complex CFRP mountain bike handlebar was used as the perfect technological demonstrator.

The combination of sustainable, water soluble core material - showing all mechanical properties for high volume production, such as HP-RTM and allowing automated preforming - will revolutionize the serial production of complex and hollow parts.
